1. Services
Bhavya Kumar Singh (“Developer”) provides freelance web development, mobile app development, API development, and technical consultation services. All projects are governed by a project-specific quote or agreement.
2. Project Quotes & Scope
- All quotes generated through the pricing calculator are estimates and may be adjusted after detailed requirements discussion.
- The scope of work is defined in the accepted quote. Changes to scope will be quoted separately.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost is due before work begins.
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final handoff.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST where applicable.
4. Timeline & Delivery
- Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on complexity and feedback turnaround.
- Rush timelines attract a 30% premium. Relaxed timelines receive a 10% discount.
- Delays caused by late client feedback or content will extend the timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions
- One round of revisions is included in the project cost.
- Additional revision rounds are billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Revisions must be within the original project scope.
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code written for the project.
- Open-source libraries and frameworks used remain under their respective licenses.
- The Developer reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Refund Policy
- Before work begins: Full refund of advance payment.
- During development: Prorated refund based on work completed, at the Developer's assessment.
- After delivery: No refunds after final delivery and acceptance.
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
8. Confidentiality
The Developer agrees to keep all client information, business data, and project details confidential unless explicit permission is given.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
